Getting your Tickets
Tickets go on sale during the year before and sell out quickly. Timing on this has varied from Jan 1 to November. If you’re considering camping then you will need to find a way to determine when tickets go on sale to make sure you get what you need. Before that day you’ll want to have your plan firmly detailed so you know what to purchase. Some decisions you need to make:
- location – Where will you camp? See Locations for details
- type/size of your campsite – there’s generally “RV/trailer” and “tent” camping, see Site Planning
- duration of your stay – when are you coming in and leaving?
- If you want a good site, you should plan to come early in the week as possible
- If you’re in a camper and come in early, you generally can’t leave until Sunday after the games at the earliest as you’ll be locked in.
- Camping now CLOSES on mid-day Thursday, so you’ll wanna plan to be there before then.
- the number in your party – how many field tickets you’ll need ( you need to purchase at least 1 to register! )
What to Expect
- On the day tickets go on sale .. the site will be busy … have patience
- You’ll be asked for camping dates, size and be required to purchase at least one Campers ticket
- You’ll get confirmation via email w/in a few days … look for it.
- You’ll get a letter from GMHG soon(ish) after with details of your camping, set this aside as you’ll want to bring with you.
What to Bring
- The information you gathered above.
- Your Credit Card (easiest way to pay)
- Your contact information
